3. Return of good quality goods
In accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, food products of proper quality are not subject to return and exchange (Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 2463).
4. Return of goods of inadequate quality
If the product is of inadequate quality, you have the right to:
- Product replacement
- Full refund of funds
- Partial compensation
Terms of return:
- The request must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt.
- It is necessary to provide a photo of the product
- The product must be saved until the issue is resolved.
5. Refund procedure
If the refund is approved, the funds will be refunded.:
- When paying in cash — in cash to the courier or to a bank card
- When paying by card — to the same card within 5-10 business days
6. Shipping claims
Claims for delivery (damaged packaging, incomplete packaging) are accepted immediately upon receipt of the order.
When a problem is detected:
- Do not sign the receipt documents without a damage note.
- Take a picture of the damage
- Contact us within 1 hour

8. Exceptions
A refund is not possible if:
- The product was damaged due to the fault of the buyer
